Need Help Rooting 1.4.2 Nook

Wow, this is insane. After I successfully fixed it, I got this: "There was a problem with authorization. Please wait while we reset your device"

It then proceeded to reset and do a wipe on it's own. When it got back on, I was on stock and NO ROOT. I've read this has been prevalent since version 1.0.1 but it gave me a freaky "watched by big brother" feeling haha. I'll see what happens after I root it again.

All the more reason to get CWR working even if from a bootable card. You can make a nanroid backup and then just reflash that if you need to restore. You can go from stock to whatever you want in about 2 minutes
