Acer Inconia A500 Tablet Keeps Powering Off and On

I have an Acer Iconia A500 tablet that powers on fine and then after maybe 10 seconds it reboots. It does this non-stop!! Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!!

The first fix that comes to mind is an internal factory reset. If it's a software issue that would be one way to deal with it.

eventually it with freeze on the ANDROID screen. You will then have to do an OS overwrite.
