adding ext sd card need help

Where do I go to get all apps to be down loaded to ext SD card? When I go to app to move it to ext SD card, it says move to SD card but when I look to see if it went to ext SD card, its not. It went tablet ext SD card not the one I bought. What am I doing wrong or where do I go to change it.
I have a model tbqc1063 zeki

Your external SD card is generally used to store photos, videos and document files, to save space on the internal storage.

The short answer is that you can't get all apps, (any) to download to external memory.
