I can't find a way to switch accounts. I went to their website and switched, but the app store won't let me.

I also did this now, and it worked.

The trickiest thing was finding the instructions/link for getting the Amazon appstore package file sent to the device.

After reinstalling and logging-in with the correct account a "refresh" of apps should show your whole app history.
