Android tablet won't reboot?

Hi, new to this tablet thing. Bought a A1CS 10" TABLET FROM AMAZON. Was playing around with it yesterday, today, I can't use it!! You turn it on, after a bit it invites you to press this red button in the centre, it than just shows this white plus sign on a black screen.

I may have left it on airport mode yesterday b4 turning off! So we now have no wifi reception. I thought it would preserve the battery whist I learned how to use it.

How can I reset it. and start again.

If the tablet has a "reset to factory default" button, try holding that in for about 10 seconds, and that MAY let you reboot the system. Also, be sure the battery is FULLY charged.
