Apps, Downlonds, and Updates

I was given an Android Tablet PC I don't know much about but I'm looking for any free updated, downloads or apps that will work on it. The below information is wants on the tablet.

I am no veteran Tablet user by a long way,,,My advice is to start with your local Play Store for your device and check out the FREE Apps. Once you have exhausted them you should have a rough idea what interests you then you can come back onto the NET looking for specific Apps. There are a lot of good FREE apps out there to get you started as long as you don't mind the occasional advertisement popping up sometimes....Happy App hunting
