Can anyone ID/used this tablet ?

I was looking for a 7" 1024x600 res tablet then I found this :-

Has anyone seen this and do they think that the res is really 1024x600 ?

It is probably as real as the 750MHz RK2818 processor. I don't know for sure, but pictures seem to show the 800x480 one.
