Charging port

Hello to everyone i have a vizio tablet 8 ...I have problem with the charging port ....so I can charge mi tablet any suggestion are welcome thank you....

Hi Betsy, what is the problem with the port? Is it physically damaged? If so you should call Vizio about returning it. If it just isn't charging make sure you are using the factory cable and power plug.

Hi, thans for ask.....the port is loose in the tablet....I brought the tablet in Ebay .....so I call to Vizio and they said they cant do anything because EBay is not a Vizio seller....I paid 200.00 for it I don't want to loose my money ....
