1) no, but some usb jump drives will work

3) kind of. Graphics are a little messed up but it'll run

I tried my WD 320 and it reboots my tablet and doesn't stop.

I can use my 8gb flashdrive and some people have gotten their 32gb to work.

Out of curiosity, why not use the micro SD card capabilities of the Coby?

I use a 16GB card for everyday use, and have a 4GB for flashing roms, installing updates, etc.

To keep other information that requires large storage capability, I use my PC.
