Coby Kyros Mid 7016 Flash player installed and not working...

Hi Please help me with flash player installation in Coby kyros mid 7016, i installed flash player 10.3 and it was perfectly installed and then i reboot the tablet and try to browse a flash website and its not working... i really need flash player in my tablet please help. Thanks

I hope to find answers to this as well. Is the flash player based on a hardware thing or a software thing? MID 7016 andriod 2.3 .
