Double tap to zoom

Ok this may be nothing new but i am on my s7 right know and on this site if you double tap the screen it will zoom in and out. This thing gets better and better every day

That comes with having a resistive screen...all my pocket pcs had that back in the day

But you can not do it on every page is there a reason for that?
