GMail - where are contacts ?

..just got a ZT 280 C91 ... ICS 4.0.3

There is no sign of CONTACTS in gMail settings....

Where are they ?

How do I install/import/sync or even add new ones if there's nothing on the screen ?

A contact should show when you start typing the name in 'send ' field. You need google actual contact app to vew contact. This is very similar google calendar.

Where is GOOGLE ACTUAL CONTACT ..can't find it in apps....

It is called "People" if you have ICS. Prior to that it was Contacts.

With reference to PEOPLE app....

....when i load this app all I get it a blue bar....tap it and it does nothing.... What has this got to do with contacts ?

Do you have your contacts sync'd with your google account?
