help with my sylvania sytab10mt!!!!

Ok so here we go recently i have purchased a sylvania 10 inch tablet, and just to get it out of the way ill give you the specs now: model #sytab10mt ....android version dg 2.2.1-10a1 kernel version 2.6.32.9 neville@nevilledesktop#23 hardware id 11.6.1.5. Ok now for the reason im here i want to figure out a way to get the real android market on here. And to also figure out how to get the tab to have adobe flash player. I think this would give me exponentially more options to get the most i can out of this tab. Thanks in advane for any help.

It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that you can't get the damned adobe player (flash) . Everything seems based on it, especially net video players!!!!
