help with super pad V10 Vimicro 882 A8 1GHZ tablet

Hi I have a super pad chinese tablet, the description is Vimicro 882 A8 1Ghz 512mb ram, 4gb hd wifi + gps .
I want to change the Os from android 2.3 to android 3...I need a complete tutorial step by step about what do I need and how can I do that. Thanks. By the way, my tablet seems to have problems with flash 11 ( how can I downgrade the flash to flash 10?) is there a way to do this? please help me.

i talk with salesman from benovo, they sold me a superpad VI v10 flytouch 6 and the only way to upgrade the firmware is by flashing tool. i ask if i can upgrade by sdcard and he told me that i can damage the tablet, so the only way for this tablet is by usb cable and flashing tool VORTEXFLASH
