"Internal nand storage" problem with C71

I have ZTPAD tablet version C71- 1G
My tablet problem is it can't recognize "Internal nand storage" so all application can't store data on it although i can see "Internal nand storage" drive by tablet & PC file explorer and also can store files on it.
And if "SDcard" inserted,tablet use it as the normal "Internal nand storage" and put "Android" folder & applications data on it
Could you please help me to fix this problem.

Also try flashing new firmware with a complete wipe

It's mounted but as external sd card not nand stortage,so applications can't save data on it

Oh! That is strange! So you don't have an external sd in too?
Assuming not, if you put one in where does it show as mounted? (in settings - storage)

I had to use esternal sd and the strange thing the device & applications use it as nand storage to put thier data on it.
