Is the S7 capable of running android 3.0?

as a litle add to this the graphic part we know 3.0 is out on devices with faster/better gpu ( i dont have a Dell Streak to compare to) so maybe the user overall experience with a slower one can make things not so good but usable.
like with pc games new games are good on 1600x1200 thats doesn't mean you cant play with 1024x768 and be ok with it
