Lost directory

Whenever I click on file manager and check an sd card there is a lost directory.
Even if I eliminate it , it's there again next time. Even when I just put in a blank 32 gig card there it is.

Even if I use an usb stick - that gets one too. jeez

Android makes that directory automatically on any memory device. Its for cache file reasons. Some linux os,s do the same thing
