neopad 8650 freezing on android start up?

our new neopad 8650 will no longer go past the robot at start up, the robot just spins constantly and it doesnt do anything else?

hi I have the same issue, my neopad is frozen at the startup where the neopad symbol and build number is displayed. was there a resolution to this problem
