New to tablets and android os

Just received my wm8650. I have not yet done anything with it except explore off line. Am waiting deliv. of sd micro.

I am so far pleased with everything except the plug in adapter for usb and ethernet. It does not want to snap in. It works but will not maintain an ethernet cat cable because it will not maintain connection to tablet.

Can I repair or replace the supplied adapter?

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new tablet. My first inclination would be to contact the seller/manufacturer and get your problem settled by exchange or warranty. Perhaps someone in the forum section for your tablet will have a better idea if you post the question here: WonderMedia Based
