Please help to rid off password input

Hi, I have SuperPAD 7 with Android 4.0 Somehow I did something and as a result every time I switch on my tablet it asks for a password. I tried to find the place in options to disable password protection and cannot find it. Can somebody help me with it?I don't think it is a tablet specific, but the platform (OS).

It should be in settings under security. Yoiu would need to input the PW to be able to disable it.

In security I have only: make password visible - checkbox (just let you see characters of your password), Devise administration - it sais - No available, Unknown sources (check box), Credentials storage

You should have screen lock under security. Try restarting "again".
