Possibly damaged NAND or int. storage

Hi all. Being new to the whole adroid thing i am a bit lost and need help.
Somehow the microSD, internel, is damaged and bought a new card. I need to know where, what and most importantly how to reinstall android os 2.2 back onto the microSd starting from scratch.
Please all. My wife wont forgive me until it's fixed lol
