On todays ebay deals they are selling unlocked samsung galaxy tabs without a contract for 499.99. Just letting everyone here know.

Why not just go in the store and buy one since they are $499 in the store too? No shipping cost or waiting either.

I know Verizon has them with no contract for $499, sprint no contract $499, T-Mobile no contract $499. As for unlocked I believe the 3g service is tied to the carrier but there is no contract required. You can use strictly on wifi and pay for 3g only when you need it.

hmm interesting i just looked into and your right verizon has it offered for 499 just on a month to month plan so no need to sign a 2 year contract

I just bought a Verizon Galaxy Tab at Best Buy for $449 with no contract but mo-to-mo with one month required @ $20. I was at another Best Buy but they had it for $499 - go figure.

My elder brother bought one last week only cost 3400RMB(about 523$) in Shenzhen without the contract.Very nice,I like it,the Android 2.2 OS pretty good.
