Steering Wheel Remote?

Has anyone tried using one of those Bluetooth Handsfree mp3 FM players Steering Wheel remote controls
with Android to control a media player or Pandora, etc.?

I personally have not, but I can refer you to a website centered around a modern car that has the handsfree capabilities, and I know several on there has smartphones. Most on there are young, so you know they all have Pandora.
