Under $200 Capacitive Tablet?

What is the best android tablet (preferably a newer version of android, like 2.1 or 2.2, possibly with market access) with a capacitive touch screen (like a 7 inch) for under $200? Are there any such devices, or would that just be too good to be true?

well i started a thread about R TOUCh i am using it and it is great
bit expensive then 200$ but you can get it under 260$
the best capacitive tablet 2.1 ANDROID which is upgradeable aswell.
