Unroot and restore to factory

I rooted my galaxy tab using z4. It worked great. Now I have removed a few of the apps that came installed and I'm wondering how to get it back to factory specs. Is there a way to "flash" it?

There should be an option to unroot using Z4Root. Make sure you are using the newest version.

There is not that option. When I open z4 it just offers the root option. Where can I get the latest version of z4?
