Go to settings -> Apps -> the application you want to remove and select uninstall.

If you have used Android Market to install them, then you can also use the Android Market app to uninstall them.

Hi. I know that, I want to uninstall preloaded apps,do I need contacts or contact storage apps when its not a phone, any other unused or useless apps taking space or processor usage, things like that.

You will need an app like Root explorer or system app remover, you can't uninstall system apps in the usual way even if rooted. Also instead of just deleting the apk you might want to back it up first (just move it to a storage location on your device or external SD rather than just deleting it). Usually there are two files associated with each system App so keep that in mind as well.
Oh yeah, I noticed ES File explorer has this functionality now but I haven't tried it.

One more thing, be careful which apps you remove or you could find yourself bricked.

Can I remove contacts & contact storage? Do you know any others ok to remove maybe?

You would need to talk to someone that has experience with your particular model and Android version to know what is absolutely safe.

To remove manufature pre-installed apps you need root permission. After you rooted then you can uninstall. Otherwise you can't. What is your tablet manufature and its modle.

I think its mid0703. 4gb. Green/red light 7" screen. It should be rooted if I'm running uberoid shouldn't it?
