Vitalplayer does not show my external SD card so I can watch the movies in it

So I read most of the forums concerning the connection of the S7 to a computer and figured that part out. I'm able to drag movies from my computer to my internal card, but I also dragged some movies to an external 16g, card and Vitalplayer does not show it. I do see the movies in the File Manager, but I get a Unable to Open prompt. Anybody know what I'm missing? Thanks for the help.

After the last Free vitalplayer version update it wouldnt let me browse to my external.

So now i use rockplayer............ In options scroll to set root and put /
now you can browse internal & external cards.
