WiFi On Tablet Unable To Turn On After Inserting SIM Card

Hi. I'm new here. Please somebody help me on how to turn on the Wifi back on my tablet. It worked just fine before SIM card were inserted in the tablet, but unable to turn on after that even when I pulled out the SIM card. did the factory reset twice & remain the same.
Its not the problem of router, as my smartphone and laptop work just fine. Even the icon for Wifi button has turn grey, signaling its malfunction.

Have you tried using it at a public hotspot? You may be able to turn off data and use WiFi but it should do that automatically.
