What do you mean under "Bluetooth isn,t really a big dealbraker to first time buyers"? This is the issue, that I need option to access Internet through my phone and bluetooth is the only option with < 150 USD price. All devices that have build-in cellular modem are at least twice higher in price.

3G & 4G are maybe double, but Wif is pretty much standard among the lower end tablet market $100- $160 range.

MiFi is an excellent solution, but, unfortunately, those devices are not available at my country. Moreover, any MiFi hotspot is additional charge.

Capacitive you use fingers all touch , do not use stylus, Resisitive you use stylus pen has no multi touch, like pinching for zoom in/out
