Upcoming Android Tablets?

Ok, so I'm looking to get an Android tablet in the next month, or at least when some better options come out. I've done some research, but haven't been able to come up with much, it seems that all that's out there is those apad knockoffs and the Archos 5 or 7. Does anyone know if we can expect something with a capacitive screen and at least 800mhz processor? At this point I don't even care if it has 1.5 or 1.6, as long as it will update to 2.1 or 2.2 at sometime.

If anyone has heard of anything headed our way either this month or July any info would be greatly appreciated.

someone posted earlier about dreemusa.com that sells android tablets.

they had one for $150 which had a 1ghz processor and has android 1.5 on it.

i asked them when they would be expecting an updat to 2.1 or possibly 2.2 and they quickly responed that they expect an update by the end of july.
