Does anybody no a good tablet for 10-13 Yr old

Do any people know a good tablet for a 10-13 Yr old. If anyone knows some good ones for between those ages I would be very appreciative if you told me them because I've been looking for ever for one for my son but can't decide

I have the same question, so I'll just add on to this thread.
I have a 8 year old son and 6 year old daughter. I'm wanting to get them both a tablet of some sort for Christmas. But I don't want to spend too much on them. Are any of the cheaper ($75 - $100) Android tablets worth the money? I know the market on them isn't that great, but they wouldn't need any big apps, simply games. Will this be a waste of money?

If they just want to play games, wouldn't a Nintendo DS or something like that be more appropriate? Please think about what could happen if you give your child a portable Wi-Fi device that he or she can use anywhere without supervision. This is a pervert's dream come true. Also, when I recently got my tablet/e-reader, even I as an adult was dismayed by the number of porn apps and free porn books that were loaded on the device. But it's because these devices are intended for adults, not for kids.

I've repeated this caution on a number of threads, not because I'm a troll or crusader but I am a schoolteacher who wishes parents wouldn't give in to demands for every new gadget. These aren't toys.
