Sony android tablet "small" problem, need help

3 days ago received (was so happy) this Sony (32gb) tablet,


Paid with shipping about $520, and I was so happy (this is my first tablet). This morning I was still experiment and dropped in bathroom so screen is crashed now, so I can't see anything. My question is should I try to fix (how much that will cost, because warranty don't cover this 'situation' ) or to buy some other cheaper model? Problem is that I CAN'T afford again $500 tablet in such short time, so should I try with local service or to sell it in this condition and take some cheaper model, I can maximum invest, in any of those 2 cases up to $100, so please,I am listening your advice's.

Just to clarify, are you saying that the screen is cracked or that you can't see anything on the tablet?

If its just the screen busted have it repaired. Not that expensive compared to buying an upmarket tab. If the tab is broken sell it for parts and buy another.
