Looking for a 5 inch device with gps

Hi all,

I am looking for an android device (smartphone or tablet) running 2.1/2.2. The device needs to have gps and capacitive screen if possible. This is required for a mass deploy so dell streak, HTC desire HD are too expensive. Does anyone know where I could get a cheap version of the dell streak?
I just cannot source anything that is reasonable in price.

If you can go to 7", the next version of the Huawei S7 is supposed to have a capacitive screen. You could start looking at the current model, because I believe the screen si the only change in terms of Hardware. It is due out Q1 this year.

Thanks for that but I am restricted to something between 4.3 and 5 inches.
