Have you tried rebooting the phone - sometimes that is enough to clear these types of issues.

Failing that have you tried a factory restore, which should put back the file you deleted.

Sorry for this a little bit late reply, but hope "singlekey3214" can receive the message. :-)

Well, back to the topic. Whether the files are recoverable or not depends on where they were saved. For example, I am using Samsung Galaxy i5700, generally speaking, there are 2 places for saving a file, internal memory & external memory card (SD).

If the deleted files were stored on phone memory, it is almost impossible to recover.
If external memory card (most cases), you can take a try some data recovery tools, find this one and it seems good. Best Data Recovery Tool to Recover Deleted Files

Note: do not write anything back in case chances of recovery might be reduced due to data overwritten. Best regards. - Lisa

Hello Lisa. Since it's been almost 2 months, I doubt singlekey3214 will be checking this thread for a reply any more. Usually a thread that's been idle for a week or more has been pretty much abandoned. However, I'd like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the forum. It's nice that you're trying to help already.
