Syncing Bookmarks, Apps etc. on multiple devices

Hi,

I'm totally new to the field of android tablets and recently was put in charge of rolling out the first android tablets (acer iconia tabs a501) to use on roadshows and events.

I am currently setting up multiple devices for an expo at the end of october, where visitors will walk past the showroom can use the android tablets, but so far I had to set up each of them individually.

Is there a good admin tool for syncing apps, bookmarks and data between multiple android devices? And does someone perhaps know a way to uninstall the preinstalled apps on the acer iconia tabs and the e-books in the LumiRead app??

Greatly appreciate any advice on this topic and setting up multiple devices!
