Do this tablet have a MAC address? Where do I find it?

Get to the Settings Icon. Two ways. 1. On the top screen, Click on the button with three lines (Menu Button), Settings will be one of the icon choices. 2. Or click on the tab on the side of the screen to pull up all the apps installed, scroll down to to Settings. Click on the Settings Icon
Click on the Wireless and Networks Choice, Click on WiFi settings. Push the Menu Button (Like above) Choose Advanced. The Mac address should now be visible

FWIW every network device in the world has a MAC address
I have a year-old Vizio 8" tablet, running Android version 3.2.1 HTK55
I have found where my MAC address should be, but it says "MAC address: Unavailable."
How do I find it - or how do I make it available?
