Pls help me identify my Android Tablet - Installed modded ROM and now can't work

Could someone pls help me identify my device? I changed the rom and haven't been able to get it working since.

The wholesaler is NewuPower.. This is what it looks like:

LED Colour: Green LED when running, Green/Red when charging
Vibrate on start-up?: No

I've tried the following but have not managed to get it to work:

- HYBRiD_WM8650_UBEROID_1.3.0_v5
- Universal_Uberoid_WM8650_v9.1.2 trials
- Universal_Uberoid_WM8650_v11b3

Here's my notes from my attempts with Modroid v10
3=M003S 8" Innovatek MID 8" (Loads but touchscreen doesn't work)
4=PC-802 8" (stuck at flashing Modroid screen)
5=BLY-806 8" VIA WM8650 8" (stuck at flashing Modroid screen)
6=M80003W 8" (stuck at flashing Modroid screen)
10=M012S 8" (stuck at flashing Modroid screen)
15=ED99 8cun1603 8" (Loads but touchscreen don't work)
17=ED99 8cun8900 8" (Stuck at Modroid screen)

I found out it's an M012S 8". I loaded Modroid c10 lite and it booted. Problem now is that touch screen doesn't work.. any suggestions?

Presumably you re-calibrated it?
