M-002 , blue led light only when turn on,,need help

hello !!

what is the problem of my android M-002 ,,when you turn it on, ,no power,,but there is only blue led light under the botton..
even when i charge still no power...

it happen when i download a angry bird games....

please help..what should i do....................???
