About LinkBacksI have bought an Iwin pc tablet abroad I can get it to connect to my computer by WI FI but I cannot download anything onto it nor can I can I browse the net with it any suggestions please

i bought this tablet in a foreign country, i can browse the net but cannot go into the market to download apps can you help me?
