thanks these were alot of help but now i have another problem. i just got done downloading 4 games and i then put it on hold for about 15 min and now all it shows me is android.process.acore and a google one that says about the same thing can you please help me? i just got this for christmas please please help me xaueious.

Just registered to say "Thank you" for an excellent introduction to Android tablets especially for anyone new to tablets.

Having read it through, I now know the size of the risk I was taking in attempting to re-flash my generic tablet and why it is so difficult to know exactly what was bought. Also why its likely that online advice will be wrong. Long time Windows / Linux users probably have a false sense of security - in those environments a careful search invariably gets accurate information. It seems the Android environment/implementation is currently one where seemingly simple mistakes can be very difficult (or impossible) to recover from. Simple message to other NOOB's "If it aint broke, don't break (brick) it."

Hello. We have an Asus Transformer 101. It keeps shutting down every night I put it on charge.
It was ok for a few weeks after we bought it. It never shut down by itself. This problem is recent - just almost a week old. During a daytime it's running fairly ok, before going to bed we put it on charge and every morning we find it shut down and it takes us quite a while to start it again.
Any advice or suggestion, what it can cause?

Hi every one i have a question has any one ever had a problem with there tablet logging into google, with there user id and password? It keeps telling me tht it is not correct. i have updated my firmware 2.3, and i never been able to get it logged in so i can get to the market, any suggestions?

Hi every one i have a question, I am a complete beginner first time android user.

I received novo 7 elf today switched it on only to get time and password screen.
I have no idea what password to put in, tried admin, 1234, 0000, thinking it has a default password, I don't have a clue, HELP
I am new to android so if I need to do something first please let me know.
The user handbook is in Chinese so I can not read ?

Got this e-mail from vendor.
" The password is --------, we do this to avoid the missing of goods.

my android tablet was calibrated in settings but at some point the calibration began to not work and is way off..... how do i fix this problem

I keep getting the meassage that say (sorry the application launcher has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again- force close) can someone plzzzz help me with that, im new to the android tablet thing & just bought it for my son, today is his birthday & he cant even use it, at all!!!

hi i have an asus slider sl101. it has a usb port. do you know if i can use some file manager to recognize a camera, external hard drivr, and iphone via usb port? i really want to know if i can use the tablet as a means to transfer pics n video from the iphone and camera to ny external hard drive.thanks!
