    Angry help - rootthat-ics

    i just bought a cmp741e tablet for my granddaughters birthday in a few days. I tired to download netflix and and angry birds but can not. I have been reading up on it, and it says I need to download rootthat-ics, but when I go there i'm lost. can someone please help me. Her birthday is in 2 days.
