Unfortunately I've never heard of that tablet so I'm not certain how to tell you what needs to be done but if you have been trying that long your only option is probably going to be a factory reset. You can try this to see if it works. Powered down, press volume up then the power button and hold until it starts up and you may see an option to wipe data. That's what you would need to do. Report back the results.
