    How to unblock Android Tablet, me and my 9 year old daughter needs help..

    My daughter accidentally block her android 4.1 tablet, anybody can help us how to reset or unblock it? thanks!!

    Welcome to the forum

    As for a (factory) reset,. we would need to know more about your tablet as the methods duffer from tablet to tablet. On the lock issue, if WiFi was on, at some point it should ask for your Google login info. Sounds like you have been there and done that without much success at this point so the factory reset may be your only option.

    Make sure the tablet is OFF.
    Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.
    When the Android starts to flash, release the buttons.
    If it's important to you, you'll find a
    way. If not, you'll find an excuse.

    I have a similar problem, I brought my mum a scroll explore 7" tablet for Xmas and the screen will not unlock. The padlock comes up but you can not slide it to open. Any ideas or help would be really appreciated.
