problem downloading from the market

please can anyone help me with this problem,anytime i click on an application to download,it takes a long time to begin download like as if it is streaming,at the end it gives a message Aplication download unsuccessful error from 495,Am using iconiaA500 ,please i need u guys your help,Thanks

Consider unistalling the application updates and also clearing ay data cache. Then try again on a place with a good network signal.
