well basically i run to root restore and then i run the cwm recovery but it never goes into cwm recovery

the root_restore.bat (the root utility) i beleive i have the right file for the cwm. I followed travellers steps i renamed the files placed them in data and ran the recovery so it would recover into cwm and it just doesnt work... sorry if im irritating you i just really want to learn how to do this so i can get play store on my tablet.

I am not familiar with root_restore.bat, I am a Linux guy, sounds to me like you didn't install cwm, you still have stock recovery installed.
do you know how to use stock recovery?
do you know how to use adb?

i am rooted i have superuser as for a file manager i dont beleive i have one what do you recommend
