Reflashing Problem

1. power off the device
2. Press and hold any physical key except the power key on the device(ie, press and hold Vol+ key, still holding in 3 and 4)
3. Connect the tablet to your PC via USB cable
4. Repeatedly press the power button until a popup dialog shows on your computer screen
- Now follow the on-screen instructions

i'm trying to do this, i'm finish to turn off my device then press hold VOL+ and connect the tablet via USB Cable and press repeatedly the power then it's no effect? no pop up dialog to computer?

I have a dump for 7048 i will try to reflash my device to fix my problem in 2nd internal memory thanks
