Rooting with SD inside Kyros

I'm sorry if this question have already been asked or is completely n00b-ish.
I just don't have a microsd adapter and I really want to root my Kyros. Is there anyway to transfer all the required files into my microsd WHILE it is in the Kyros?

Yes There Is...When you Connect through USB you Will See on the top left of your Tablet An Exclamation Point Ina triangle and 2 USB Icons...When you slide the top bar down you will see USB Connected(Internal)
USB Connected(External)
USB Debugging Connected

Now you need to Tap on the USB CONECTED EXTERNAL AND Mount...But Remeber Everytime you are finished Putting Whatever you need on your SD Card you need to Unmount before you disconnect the USB Cable...

or attach to a email, and then send the email to yourself, then get on the kyros and download the attached files.
