:: Inside of my SuperPad ::
SuperPad (screwless casing)
My SuperPad is not charging anymore, I suspect that the charging port is loosen because the charger is wobbling. So I decide to open it.
Tools:
1. Prying tool (or any blunt flat object)
2. Small Philips screw driver
3. Thin plastic Card (don't use cutter/blade/knife because it will damage/slice your touch screen)
4. Tweezers (use to unlock the touch screen ribbon, and used for placing the ribbon back)
NOTE: I'm only using my webcam for the picture, sorry for the crap quality. I use this because it's fast and easy to focus.
I start using the thin plastic card on the side, slide the card on the 2nd layer of the plastic, just be careful with the plastic layer, make sure it's not the thin plastic film you peal off (see picture)
The screen is using double sided tape adhesive (see picture)

Slide the card, just follow the red line on the picture, stop on blue line where the flex cable is, or else you will cut off the flex.

The start prying next plastic layer, just pry it towards you it will unlock the plastic tabs, if you don't have any prying tools, just use any plastic tools, don't use metal tools because it will damage the casing.

- After prying it off, gently lift the screen together with the touch screen away from you where the flex ribbon of the touch screen is on the upper left, Don't fully lift the screen, because the LCD ribbon is still there.
- Unlock the Touchscreen Flex Ribbon holder, and slowly remove the flex of the touchscreen. (see picture)
- If your fingers are small you can remove the battery connector from the board, or use tweezers to remove. (see picture)
- Remove the Vibrator Motor. (see picture)
- On the main board there is a thin plastic protector, you can remove it, and remove the 4 screws on the board.
- Lift gently the board and move the board to the left, where the battery is on the left side.
- Now you can remove the LCD Connector from the board, just remove it slowly.

Main board Version.

The battery, 3800mAh x2.

Hi Smarkies,
Great post! Can you confirm where the 2Gb memory is located? As mentioned in other post, it would be an option to replace it if it was MicroSD.

Nop, no microSD on the board, the NAND and RAM is soldered on the board. Flytouch2/Superpad, only the Flytouch3/Superpad2.
