It looks like the Eken M001 which has the VIA WM8505 processor. At $120, this isn't that great of a deal. You can find the Eken M001 for cheaper than that.

Also, I'd recommend getting something with a better processor. For example, the Moonse E-7001 (aka: aPad) has the RockChip 2808 processor that is highly recommended by everyone. You can pick one up at Merimobiles for $159 and it includes a case.
