Added Droid X keyboard, works very well.

I am getting pretty tired of the problems with the Huawei keyboard so I am continuing my search for something better. Droid X kb fits the bill for now.

The best keyboard I have found is AnySoftKeyboard. The part I like the best is in the settings for the keyboard you can go in to tweaks and two of the options are to change the height of the keys in portrait and landscape. I was able to use this to get the keys to the perfect size for my fingers. This has made typing on the tablet so much easier for me.

I just installed the Gingerbread Keyboard and I like it. I was previously trying out Better Keyboard which was fine in portrait mode, in fact I really liked the size of the keys, but in landscape mode it would always default to a text input box. Did not find a way to defeat this and I started to wonder if the different skins were just window dressing or if they changed the functionality at all.

For now I'm impressed enough with the Gingerbread Keyboard that I'm going to play with it for a while. Thank you for this!

Did you try SmartKeyboard Pro ? I find it very nice and best for me.
